So when I TURN my car ON all the dash lights come on (which I told was normal) but the engine light stay on and the steering light stay on. When I actually start my car everything completely goes away. Any reason for this? I don’t understand when the car is on why all the lights come on but then those to stay on just to disappear when car is driving.

I just went and checked my 2019 4Runner. It does the same as yours except the lights that stay lit and then go away after starting are the check engine light, battery light and oil pressure light. I'm not familiar with the steering light.
