Good afternoon folks, my rav4 at random times will run really rough and it’ll bogged down and sometimes die when I am idle, and when I start moving it’ll shift hard. I was able to take it to Autozone and get the check engine light scanned and it came back with a P0015 (Exhaust B camshaft position timing over retarded bank 1). Anyone have a clue what that means?

Well that means that your variable valve timing system is breaking down they can cost a fortune to fix. But they do have actuators and her only a hundred something dollars for the little valve that actuates at the bolt in and out you might try that and pray that fixes it
