My neighbor has an issue with Alexa which was installed at the factory, the dealer claims they have bad phones, but the phone connected for calls and audio but not with Alexa, the phones are Samsung 10 androids. When they got the car it was setup and worked fine, now it no longer works and the dealer has not idea why, they supposedly called Toyota but no solution to the problem. Does anyone have any ideas???

Can they reinstall it? Reset the radio and connect again.
