Hello guys! I want to buy a brand new Dodge Charger Scat Pack. With the 6.4 hemi. Apparently the engine is made in Mexico and transmission (ZF 8 speed Transmission) is made in USA. Is it a smart move to buy one? How reliable are the latest models?(2017 to present) and can it last me at least a million miles if I baby it?(I drive interstate a lot) Thanks guys!
The trouble is, even though the engine & transmission may be good, the rest of the vehicle is still a Dodge.
Are you willing to live with electrical gremlins plaguing your ownership period? Also, you sure you won’t be doing pedal to the metal runs, every time you come across an open stretch of road? Can you control your urges?
I know I wouldn’t.
These are built to beat on. I haven't heard much issues from actual owners.
It's a dodge and it will come with dodge quality (rest of the car, not talking about the powertrain in this case)
