I have a 2020 Ford Fusion SE and the AC has gone out at 10 thousand miles what could be the problem? Car is still under warranty I just want to know what the problem could be.
Lots of causes...low in freon or failed electrical wiring/connector/sensor/switch...leak at a fitting, leaking seal at compressor, hole in condenser from road debris.
Could be a large host of reasons for that failure on such a low-mileage vehicle. As Scotty has said, Ford doesn't specialize in sedans/cars nowadays and they aren't up to par in quality like Toyotas, Hondas, and even Mazdas are. I would highly recommend getting rid of the thing and looking for a more reliable vehicle; AC going out so fast is NOT acceptable!
@christos
I agree at 10k is major quality issue it’s probably the last Ford I’ll own I’ve owned 5 fords and only one has been good to me, it was a Ford Escape. All others had power train issues. Good thing I’m in for the market for a larger midsize SUV and smaller full sized SUV lol
