Nissan (who makes Infiniti) is not doing great in N.America. They just shut down 3 product lines, and I predict it won't be long before they pull out completely or sell out.
What about a 2022 Toyota Highlander

Toyota makes good cars (again, see Scotty's reviews). But "small accidents" raises red flags for me. As Scotty always says, have a mechanic inspect the car before purchase.
Also be aware newer Toyotas tend to melt in the sun.
a 2022 Toyota Highlander with 109000 miles? @ 33 K miles a year it must have been used as some sort of highway taxi..
