Hey Scotty I got a 2020 Subaru ascent limited with only 10,000 miles on it. What could be the problem?
Unless you know a good witch doctor, you’d have to have the ECU scanned for codes. Post them here once you have the code/s.

Still under warranty - tell the dealer to fix it.

My guess is evap system. Open the gas filler cap and then make sure you put it back on tight. May take a few restarts for the CEL to turn off.
If that doesn’t do it, borrow a scan tool from an auto parts store and see what code(s) come up
