Totaled my 2017 Toyota Corolla and I’m looking to get another car. Over the course of 10 years. Which one would be better in terms of quality and reliability? The Corolla Hybrid is made in Japan while the Camry is made in Kentucky.

They are both great cars but in the long run the Camry will cost less to maintain and repair because once you go over 100,000 miles it's possible for the hybrid to have VERY expensive parts wear out. The hybrid battery should last much longer than that but costs in the neighborhood of $7,000 to replace when it fails. The generator and other hybrid parts are expensive too. Camrys, on the other hand, especially the four cylinder models, can run forever without huge repair bills as long as you perform the recommended maintenance.
