My car has the auto stop/start feature. Although there is a button you can push to disable the feature is there a way to permanently disable the start/stop feature?

You would need a mechanic with a high-level scan tool ($5000) to get to the system.

I would not do that since it might affect your warranty. Just disable it everytime you start the car.

You can buy a dongle that plugs into your OBDII port that will cancel the start/stop system but like @yaser said, it'll probably void your warranty.

My 2022 Civic has it too and it's in the center console near the gear so I've just gotten used to turning it off every time I turn on the car; it's like buckling my seatbelt so I do it automatically.
