Hi, my cousin is looking to get a toyota sedan, is the toyota avalon worth extra bucks, it seems heavier and has thesame engine and Transmission as the xse 4 cylinder, he doesn't want to v6 for better gas mileage and maintenance cost.
Also will the camry outlast the avalon?
We can't seem to find a video or a blog reviewing both, so I thought to get opinions on here, thank you for your replies.
Well they're basically the same car The other lines are a little bit quieter but they're pretty much the same car they must say the parts are the Camry are cheaper as time goes on and they get old

The Avalon is more akin to a Lexus ES than the Camry, so more comfortable, spacious, and fewer of them on the road (which to me is an added plus), but yet shares similar parts as a Camry (so won’t break the bank when it’s time for repairs). Personally, I would go for an Avalon than a Camry just to be a little different, but for the record the Avalon is just as reliable as the Camry.
