I recently bought a 2013 toyota avalon limited with 123k miles on it. There was a humming sound when the car is at 40mile it get worse when go to highway speed. I took it to a near by dealership and they said it need a new front and rear struts/shock because it has tire cupping. So will getting 4 new tires and do alignment on them will solve the humming problem or do I really need to replace the whole struts/shock assembly? I inspected the struts, there was no leak or bouncing over bump at all.

I would never trust those guys go to a good front and alignment shop and let them look at it but it could indeed need struts I wouldn't trust a deal I would only trust the front end alignment mechanic

The dealership is going to rip you off by saying you need struts and alignment work.  When that doesn't solve the problem, they'll say it needs transmission work.  When that doesn't work, they'll tell you that you need all the belts and pulleys replaced.  First, go to a professional alignment shop like @scottykilmer said and go from there.  Never go to a dealer.
