Should I have these issue with a NEW 2021 Jeep Rubicon, 6676 miles, automatic, dealer said new.
- Shut off
- rattling in back
- engine light
- start issues
- lights on dashboard
How can I prove I got a lemon and what do I do?
Issues started a few months after we got it - visited dealer numerous occasions refuse to let us out of contract we need to wait until 2024

Keep notes on every visit and phone call, and get receipts, even if they don't charge you anything - you will need to prove your case if you go for a lemon law case.

you need to look up the lemon law for your state.
But the first step is always bringing it back to the dealership to let them fix it.
Lemon law never covers buyers remorse.

You need to read the fine print on your contract, which you signed and agreed to, in order to find out what options you have.
I think you need to give them a chance to make it right.
