Does the Mustang still have problems with the manual transmission shifting poorly? It’s the one made in China and it’s a pretty crappy one.

Yep. They will continue to have issues until Ford moves away from the MT-82 design. Nothing new for 2021. Same old Ford, same old problems. They are also still fighting the engine problems they've had since switching to plasma cylinders liners in 2018. You couldn't pay me to buy one, and I've owned two already.
Yep, I'd take a 99-2004 4.6 GT with a good old T-56 any day over the new stuff that's Mustang today
