Is it harmful to drive in Eco mode

I have a 2021 Rav 4 Prime SE and commute from Upstate NY all the way down to Williamsburg Brooklyn daily for work about 160 miles daily. Got the car august of 2021 and already have 51,000 miles on it. I've been driving the car on Eco the entire time. Does this cause any harm? Should I drive in normal every once in a while?

Does this cause any harm?

No. It is actually good.

Now I’m curious. Can you elaborate? Is it because lower RPM?

Yes and it results in less strain on the powertrain.

Agreed. Even people tend to live longer with less strain.

Unless you drive like a madman, eco mode is fine for your car.
