Hi Scotty
I recently purchased my new Tacoma and love everything about it except one thing the throttle response it’s horrible. Why does Toyota build in such a lag in response time surely it’s not something to do with fuel saving because I think it makes you use more fuel. Is there any way to fix this short of buying some kinda aftermarket kit like sprint boost? If there’s not a way to fix the response time would you recommend a aftermarket kit and could it do any damage to my truck?
Thanks I really enjoy your channel

Test a similar truck to see if this is normal to yours or something is not right. You can try throttle controllers but it may void your warranty.
