2021 Toyota Camry LE

Is their anything anyone can help with, even a guide to what I can do with the cars factory Internals to make it perform better? Or anything to the computer without having to put any money or hardly any money to it.

Higher performance means spending money, usually a lot of money. Also unless you are an expert with money to burn, messing around with engine internals and electronics on modern cars is more likely to cause damage than improve performance.

If you want to build a hot rod you'd be better off starting with something like a 1965 Chevy.

Mechanical engineers have already done that for you. You can only squeeze so much mechanical energy out of a gallon of gas, and said engineers have invested 1000s of man-hours to produce the most efficient engine possible with current technology. Any claim to the contrary is a scam. If engineers discovered a "free lunch", you would have known about it already.

Nothing.

Just look after it and service regularly (see our FAQ about regular maintenance).

You bought a sedan, not a muscle, track or rally car. The point is to get from point A to point B safely, following all public road traffic safety rules, and with minimum break-downs. The Camry is a reliable, well made car that can last a very long time. Please don't molest it with modifications. THAT is how you will save yourself the most money.
