Hey Scotty I wanted to know if the 2021 Toyota Highlander Hybrid is a good car for commuting to work( 60km round trip). I want something that gets good mpg and has a good amount of room for my kids.

Is your commute highway or city driving?
How long are you planning to keep the vehicle?
Do you need 3 rows?
Are you open to other options?
Get the regular non hybrid version, if you want cheaper repair bills, as the vehicle ages.
The hybrid system repairs can run into the thousands, which you shouldn’t have to spend, in a regular gasoline version.
If you want good mpg, get a Camry/Avalon instead.
None of the big SUVs will have phenomenal gas mileage, even with a hybrid system.
