You can see I have taken your advice below…
I have a 2021 Tundra TRD PRO and I just hooked up the XTool D8 and got this P1604 error code. I recently replaced the battery. The only other thing is I have the hike-it 9X throttle controller. Could that throw these error codes?
Also do you recommend throttle controllers or can they cause damage?

You have probably voided your warranty with the 9x throttle controller. Why did you put it on in the first place?
throttle controllers are a scam. Take that garbage off.
Read obd-codes.com for troubleshooting steps.
Could that throw these error codes?
It could. I would load test the charging system and clear the code to see if it comes back or not.
