I have a 2021 Tundra with 4000 miles. When I engage the A/C there is an aggressive crunch sound when it is turned on after a each night of sitting over night. I have spoke with the dealership about the issue but it needs to be replicated. I love more than 100 miles from the closest dealership so it is difficult to leave it overnight. Most of the mileage is highway miles at approximately 80 MPH on IH-10. Please help!! I can send videos of the noise

Did you show them the video? I would not touch it and have them fix it under warranty.

Definitely do not try to repair it on your own.
Show the video to the dealer and they should be able to assist you.
