2022 F250 Driveline Vibration

2022 F250 6.7 Lariat with Chrome Wheel package, 1800 miles, 2 months old.

I noticed a vibration under load (acceleration) between roughly 65-75 mph. Ford road force balanced the front tires, issue did not go away. Mechanic rode with me (and drove the truck) to confirm my issue. He ordered a new drive shaft assembly, installed and issue was still there, if not worse. He then rotated the DS 180 degrees ( I believe that's correct). Issue still there but not as bad as before. They turned it over to Ford Engineering, who wants to road force balance the REAR tires before any further action. I'm a little baffled as to why they want to rebalance the rear tires. Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue? I know something like this is difficult to diagnose online but any input is appreciated.

I have not towed anything BTW...and it's not the well known "death wobble". The vibration goes away as soon as I let off the accelerator and returns when I accelerate when driving in the speed range indicated above.

Thanks...

Well, if you're getting a vibration under load generally, that means you have a problem inside the transmission, which of course they would never want to admit because they'd have to replace the transmission. Either that or a drive shaft is warped and they said they fixed that from what you said but I wouldn't trust them

Thanks Scotty, they said 3 of my wheels were "out of spec" before they road force balanced. Picked it up and its still vibrating. Now they tell me they will have to hook it up to some vibration analysis equipment and run tests before the Ford engineer will come out. I've been driving Fords for over 40 years and never had an issue like this. Thanks for your input!
