What is everyone's thoughts on the new design?

I have been looking at some 22 HR-Vs and am wondering, would you wait?

Without a doubt.

Especially on the US market the new HR-V is moving from a Fit platform to being basses on the Civic (has nothing to do with the European model that has been getting a lot of attention)

The current generation has been having massive transmission issues - hopefully the next one won’t. They haven’t yet admitted if it also affects the 2022 MY, but by early indications that I’m getting - it does.

But realize that with the first model year of a car - it’s bound to have some issues, the first production model year rarely has the same level of reliability as the 3rd/4th.

US HR-V (looks kinda like a 4th gen euro Ford Focus Estate)
