Hello,
new pilot with 10 speed awd v6
i diy all fluids. owners manual says transfer case fluid change with transmission fluid every 30000.
i have changed transfer case fluids before in hondas but the manual clearly states do not service yourself take to dealer?
i have never seen that before. Do you know why?

there might be a procedure that has to be followed to the letter.
It's probably best to let them do it while it's under warranty.
Beyond that, find the OEM service manual instructions if you want to do it yourself.
