My 2023 F550 with the 7.3 has the speed governed at 80mph. How can I change this?
Also, it has factory tires of 32” I want to put 35” how will this affect the governor?

That huge of a jump in size is a bad idea. Warranty will go right out the window. It's going to mess with everything and end up costing you a lot.
Bigger tires spin faster, so the speedometer will read at least 10% low.
