Hi ! Is it ok to use AT-205 reseal on an non leaking but exmpl 80 K miles engine as a preventing and maintenance tip ? Thnks.

No. If it's not broken, then don't fix it. (or give it a reason to break).
Additives are a last resort.

No. Just focus on changing your oil at regular intervals.
