At 4000rpms jeep vibration 03 wrangler rubicon only when driving (no vibration during idling) & check engine light code 1391. Note: new engine, new transmission, new fan belt, new harmonic balancer, new flex plate.Mileage is high at 224,990. What next?

It could be a lot of things. Why not record live data when the problem happens for analysis?
