I have a Chevy Captiva 2014 that has 127,000 miles on it and the timing belt snapped on it. Keep in mind I got this car at JD Byrider and my payments are $400 a month...so I had to take it to there mechanic and they said they had to put another engine in the car..so I will have to pay a small fee because it's under warranty until November 1st..then after that I have no warranty but still owe $8300 on this car....so the mechanic called me and said he would need a additional $300 because the manifold had a crack in it and the radiator was damaged....I never wrecked or even messed with those parts that they claim is messed up....so I can't afford to keep sinking money in this car...so they are putting it back together with the damaged manifold and radiator....<edited for language>...I've had this car in shop for other things to besides this. Any suggestions On what to do.... anyone have any run ins with these cars
JD Byrider appears to be a bottom-feeding BHPH ("Buy Here Pay Here)" dealer, the worst of a bad lot. That kind of dealer specializes in selling crap cars at inflated prices and high interest rates. The cars they sell are generally the cheapest things they can find at auctions and frequently have serious problems that the dealer will try to hide with rattle-can paint. Here's one example:

Beyond that, unfortunately you picked the wrong vehicle if you expect reliability. It's really not surprising that the radiator and manifold would go bad after 10 years, not to mention the engine.
If you can sell the thing for at least as much as you owe once it's running again your best bet would be to get rid of it and get something better.
