Just inherited a 81 C30 truck with a 454 I was wondering is it worth making it fuel injected or not I only drive it once a week or so

Fuel injection is going to cost at least a couple of grand. If the carb is working fine, leave it.

Unless you want to throw a few grand at it, I'd leave it. You don't drive it much so I wouldn't consider it worth the expense.

Heck you only driver once a week don't bother with all that expense
