So I decided to go with the TRD Pro version of the 2023 4Runner. I was able to find front aftermarket front bumpers though ARB (not those just for the looks bumpers, but actual solid metal heavy duty bumpers). They don't offer anything for rear bumpers for this car. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good brand/manufacturer for rear bumpers? Looking for something same quality as ARB bumpers.

You should get some "just for looks" bumpers since you said the vehicle will be a pavement princess.
All that extra weight is just going to burn more fuel and money.
While I won't be using it for off-roading but these heavy duty bumpers have saved my car from damage multiple times. Just this past week I was driving in my FJ and someone decided to suddenly pull into my lane (brand new Camry actually). I honked multiple times but the guy just came. Well the outcome for him was hitting the bumper on my car and it pulled off a good portion of his side panel and only damage to me was a scratch on the bumper. I live in a busy city so I like those heavy duty bumpers for the reason I said; either people get scared and don't mess with me or they pay the price.
