Hey Scotty,
I have a 1976 Mercedes Benz 240D diesel (w115) automatic. I’m noticing that the car will not shift into 4th. It shifts smoothly in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear but it won’t go into 4th even at higher speeds. What could be the problem?

Worn out synchro.
He said it's an automatic transmission, probably one in this line of transmissions:

My bad, just saw 4th gear, not auto, bummer. Thanks @chucktobias.
@dan might know something about these transmissions.
