2018 silverado 5.3 with 99,000 miles.
On cold start under very light throttle less than 10mph I can feel the truck hesitating or cutting out. The truck doesn't shut off it feels like maybe a miss fire. After truck worms up it goes away. There is no engine light and I don't just wanna throw parts at it.
Scanning for codes and live data may provide some clues.
Have the air and fuel filters been changed? They would be overdue at that mileage. Checking spark plugs wouldn't be a bad idea. Cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor should be easy and may help.

you can still get useful information from a diagnostic tool, even if the CEL isn't on. You think it's misfiring, so check the live cylinder misfire counters, and the misfire history. I would also check fuel trims, fuel pressure.
This being an AFM engine, I would also be suspicious of intermittent sticking lifters.
