Hi Scott. I have a 2011 dodge ram 1500 laramie with the 5.7 hemi engine. The engine was vibrating while idle. I scanned the car and received a multiple miss fire code. I found oil in cylinder 4 and 6. I also found cylinder 2 valve lifter was bad. So I replaced all of the valve lifters, head gasket and valve cover gasket. Now, the truck will turn over but stuggle to stay running while idle. Can you point me in the right direction of where to look? Thank you.

Sounds like a large vacuum leak.
