Best way to use 505 fuel and oil treatments?

Hello Scotty what are the best steps to take when using Barneys 505 fuel and oil treatment?

I have a 2011 Cadillac SRX 3.0 engine and want to improve the performance on it using this product.

I would think the instructions provided by the manufacturer of those products would be best.
