Hello I believe I asked Mr.Kilmer in a personal email before however in the event he hasn’t seen I’d like to repost this here to see if anyone can help my grandfather has a 91 Dakota with a 5.2 v8 and has around 150k miles. The thing cranks but has no spark the spark plugs have been changed and properly gapped distributor cap and rotor have been replaced and the coil has spark the plug wires haven’t been changed nor the distributor what should I check next which would more likely be the problem?

Well if you turn the key in there's power going to the distributor odds are the distributor is bad. And you can get a rebuilt one at any auto parts store
