Well you could try some Lucas oil additive it obviously has where on the cam and or lifters inside the engine and rebuilding those engines are more than the vehicles are worth so try that

Do you recommend using the modern Lucas oil stabilizer for modern cars. It’s a 4g63 base model single overhead. It doesn’t burn oil and it’s been fixed up.
I think the Lucas Oil Additive is more than the vehicle is worth lol
