It cranks over but doesn’t start and it sprays fuel out of the throttle body, can anyone tell me what they think it could be

Well either the throttle body is shot or you have a bad valve and when the gas is sprayed in the engine the valve doesn't seal so it sprays fuel back out through the throttle body
Do you think it could be the timing to cause that too?

Have you verified having spark? If it’s throttle body injection it may be an ignition issue.
