Hey Scotty my dad has a 94 f150 5.0 almost 280k miles there are days where the truck will start right up and days it won’t start at all we took it to the shop and they can’t figure out what the problems is if you know please let me know so we can fix it thanks.

I would recommend using a journal to record what the weather is like on days when the truck is struggling. Cold, heat, and humidity can cause different issues especially with a truck of that age. Once you've gathered enough information we might be able to point you in the right direction.
