Bought a 96 explorer with brake issues. Replaced broken lines and no leaks and replaced master cylinder but pedal won't hold pressure and slowly sinks to floor when pumping or bleeding. Could the return line from abs module to the back portion of master cylinder be leaking air? Even replaced abs module. Seems like the pressure is bypassing somehow and leaking pressure. All wheels have fluid to them when bleeding. I'm ripping my hair out I can't get it to keep pressure. 4.0 v6 xlt 96 4dr

Did you check the brake booster?
