Good Day sir,

 i have a 97 Honda civic 116k miles love the car been driving it for about a year no leaks or issues until last week when i tried to start it up in the morning to head into work the car wouldnt start i noticed that when i remove the back seat to check the fuel pump there is no power going to it i changed out the fuel pump about a year ago and i pulled it out tested it and it still works. but when i put i back on theres no power going to it changed out main relay checked ecu fuse check ground wire changed out the distributor, new starter checked the spark plugs i am totally stumped help. could it be theres a disconnect in the wiring or ground issue?
