- Did complete tune up plus new iac,bank 1 sensor 1 02, started truck and idles perfectly but want rev up past 1200rpm. Cats clear and fuel pressure fine.

Well if the fuel filter is clean and the fuel pump pressure is fine and you pressure test the catalytic converters and there isn't back pressure then it would be the fuel injectors are going bad and will not push the fuel out. But realize any restriction in the exhaust system such as a clogged up muffler will also make it not rev up you basically have to test everything because normally it is the fuel pump or clogged up exhaust system
