i have a 2008 toyota avalon touring with 270,000 miles . the a/c compressor locked up & the belt broke . so i bought a new belt & compressor , after replacing the old one with the new one , the a/c was blowing hot air . so freon got put in it & now the a/c isn’t turning on at all & all the fuses are good .& now the dashboard has the battery symbol , the abs symbol & the brake symbol , but none of them were on until the freon got put in . what does that mean ?

What sounds like you have electrical problems too check the fuses and relays first but realize if a compressor locks up all bets are off so many problems can occur from electrically shorty not stuff to shards of metal being thrown inside the AC system that will ruin the entire internals of the air conditioning system
