A/C noises from 2004 Toyota Sequoia Limited

I have a 2004 Toyota Sequoia Limited with the 4.7L V8 and 4-speed Automatic, my vehicle has roughly 230,000 miles. I have been dealing with a concerning noise coming from my A/C. I checked the heater by turning it on and seeing if it makes a noise like the A/C however it is normal. The noise sounds like a quiet helicopter, the noise increases in volume when I turn the fan speed up. I also noticed my A/C isn't as cold as before. I just did some major jobs on my car like the timing, transmission seal, and a whole new CPU, because of this my car had been sitting for a long time (2 years). When I recently started daily driving my car again my A/C issues started. I hope to hear some input thanks.

Can you please make a YouTube video of the noise and post the link here?

Check the cabin air filter and blower motor. Something might stuck in the blower motor.
