How can i check the resistance in a 5 wired (wideband) a/f sensor?

There are no 2 black wires.

I dont have a scanner. And it says nothing about calculating resistance.

As the wiki explains, they don't work on resistance
A scanner is an essential tool for diagnostic troubleshooting. You can pick up a bluedriver for $100
