Hey Scotty, what is the downside of getting a 2013 Corolla or Camry, as oppose to 2012, what are some descent Scion tC years thanks scotty

One known and expensive problem with the 2013 Camry at least was a defective torque converter. Mine was replaced under warranty ($1200 job). To identify this problem: Get up to around 40 mph on a smooth, level road. Back off of the throttle to cruise at that speed. The problem will show up as a vibration that feels as if you're riding on a washboard road surface. I don't know if it was also a "feature" of the 2012. I haven't ever heard this problem mentioned by Scotty.
