ABS/BRAKE issue

Hi, Scotty, Thanks for all your vids. They sure help a lot.  I have a 2006 Scion XB.  The LEFT REAR & FRONT RIGHT wheels are locked up. the brakes will not release unless I open the bleeder valve.  What could cause this? I  rebuilt the caliper and replaced the wheel cylinder. I have applied the brakes engaging them, left them ?locked up? loosened the the master-cylinder, they did not release. I removed the vacuum hose to the booster, no change.  The ABS light WAS on but so were all the other lights so I didn't give it much thought.  I'm not one to fix it if it isn't actually broken.  So, to re-cap.

My left rear and right front brakes will not release unless I break open the bleeder valve.. HELP!

Thanks

could be a few things. rotten lines, faulty ABS ...

Did you ever change the brake fluid before this?

never before but did today... Hasn't helped.  I was hoping to "flush" any dirt that may be in the abs module but I think it only actually has any fluid "move" through it when it is activated I have now way of activating it at this time.

@billxp it wouldn't help now. You change brake fluid regularly to keep the rubber lines from breaking down and swelling, and the metal lines from corroding.
