I am looking for a product that Scotty uses to keep the rubber lasting in the tubes in his engine bay, I think he may also use it on the seals around the doors but I can't find the video it was referenced.

Probably ATP Automotive AT-205 if he mentioned it helped rejuvenate rubber. https://www.amazon.com/ATP-AT-205-Re-Seal-Stops-Bottle/dp/B000NVW1LM
He's also used silicone spray on door and window seals.
