I drove my 2016 Mustang Gt (Standard Transmission ) to work today and a big yellow wrench light came on, then the yellow airbag light on the RPM gauge all while I was on the freeway. It also seemed like the power steering went out or something? Then, as I was getting off the freeway, a big red message came up saying “Service AdvanceTrac”, and ABS LIGHT came on ! To top it off I think I now know what limp mode feels like… seems like 80hp. What is going on ?
Well you have to get a scan by a mechanic realize that those codes are often tripped even if they don't have a problem in that particular system. Such as if you have a misfire it'll often turn on ABS failure because the systems are tied in together. It's rather complex stuff but any mechanic once they have the car and can analyze all the data
