Absolutely no power

Hello, I own a 2001  2.5L Ford Ranger XL. It has a 5 speed transmission with 196k miles. I’m currently dealing with the issue of zero electrical power and my battery isn’t the issue. So now to the back story of today. I quickly power washed my truck about 10 minutes before I drove it. It started fine and had no issues to my destination. I was there for about an hour and when I went to leave, it had no power at all. So I went to jump the battery and noticed that my fuse box cover was left off of from the person who put a new master cylinder in my vehicle about 2 months ago and there was some water in my fuse box. I have tried pulling all fuses and relays out and drying them. Took my air compressor and blew all the water out and still nothing. I took the fuses and relays back out and hope that it just needs more time to dry. Would that be the problem or is this issue much worse?

there's likely corrosion in the fuse box now. You could try disassembling it and ultrasonic cleaning it, but it may need to be replaced.

Ok so I let it dry out overnight and went back today and put the fuses and relays back in. When I put my keys in and turned it on it my door was dinging and my radio turned on. However when I went to start the engine I got nothing and then now no power anywhere again. So I let it dry some more and tried it all again with the same exact outcome. I’m going to test my fuses with a test light but other than that, I don’t know what else to do
