My ac compressor stays engaged,does not cycle on and off ,i installed a new ac compressor 3yrs ago and recently a new condensor,expansion valve and evaporator, ac is not blowing cold air..i have a 2015 silverado ltz 113,000 miles.
What are your high and low system pressures?
You need to isolate the problem:
1. Check if you have 12v that goes to the a/c compressor sensor before all.
2. Assuming the compressor you replaced 3 years ago is working as it should and is not the problem, are you sure it stays on all the time?
3. Do an a/c performance test, if it's not blowing cold air then it will definitely "fail" the performance test.
4. Another possibility is low refrigerant, if low on refrigerant the compressor is not able to build enough pressure, therefore lack of performance. However since you seem to have a problem with the compressor I would check the other options first.
