Im losing confidence in auto mechanics. He tried to convince me that 70 degree air is normal for my 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. I determined  theHigh and low pressures do not equalize after shutting off. This tells me there is a blockage. Thoughts anyone?

what are the pressures while running? Are the evaporator lines getting cold?
