i own a 2010 honda insight.. ac clutch does not engage ... i already check fuses and relays. i put power straight to compressor and cluth engaged and it did blow cold air. i cant find what in wrong. and i also check for power on the leads going to the compessor the read 10.3 v

That you got some kind of electrical failure. Something like a sensor switch and not a computer failure cuz those are ultimately computer run systems
